The sinuous lines keep my eye going round and round the photo. I almost feel like I’m in a whirlpool. Great tonal variation and lovely muted colors. Very dynamic and pleasing photo.
Kerry, my favorite of the 4 you’ve posted. It’s hard to capture all of the blacks and the whites in an image like this and you did a great job! I particularly like the edge to edge curve of the main wave and the rush of white water underneath. Very dynamic having the white right up against the darks. I also love the way the secondary waves both above and below the main wave contribute to the fluid nature of this image. Well done!
