I think this is about flow and turns and water meandering down the hill. There is good texture in the water so your use of a slower shutter speed worked well here and it’s not so long that everything turns milky. I do find the water rather bright although not blown out. I would try and enhance the direction of the water flow by making the surrounding rocks a little bit darker. Here is a version/vision of what I’m trying to say. Not sure if you like this any better and I’m not sure what concerns or direction you want to receive regarding this image. But, here goes.


Mostly, that rock in the upper left corner and the water coming out of the top of the frame is too bright so I burned them both. I also burned the whites in the water flow to get a little more texture of them. I also darkened the left side of the image, everything left of the main water flow. I cooled it just slightly and added a touch of hue and cropped from both side slightly. Not sure if this is what you’re looking for or not. Let me know. Happy to help in other ways.
