Egret on the Ice
Caught with the sun at about 10 o’clock. I thought this “black” Great Egret had something of the exotic as does a black swan.
Any comments welcome.

Hello, This is an intriguing abstract with both the shadow of the bird and the sparkle and details in the ice. There is a lot to look at and keep me engaged. I like that the head is framed by the ring of ice in the top left corner. Very cool composition!
Hi Mike, this is so cool. Great catch and wonderful composition. I like the B&W, high key feel. I think the whites of the ice could go even whiter/higher for more of that high key feel.
