Description

There are about 70 elk and 1 pronghorn in this view of the mountains along Yellowstone’s Northern border. This herd of elk is one of three (or maybe four) that hang out year around in this area.

This scene had me reaching for my magnifying glass don’t ya know… :laughing:
Excellent rendition for the WC theme here…One could pull up a seat on the tailgate of a SUV or Pickup and sit here all day… :+1: :+1:

Great post for the weekly theme this week Mark. The pano of the mountain provides a nice setting for that impressive herd of elk. Hope you got a chance to get up a bit closer eventually.
