The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.

Description

We were cruising the Inside Passage in Alaska aboard the National Geographic Sea Bird when the captain announced there was a nice display of the Northern Lights. Cabin doors flung open and we rushed to the bow with camera in hand. I must admit the attire of the photographers - at 300 A.M - was rather interesting. No tripod ,just hand held using the railing for support and adjusting settings as I shot and enjoyed the wonderful display.

Gorgeous!! Excellent job with impromptu camera support at 1.5 sec! I love the reflections on the water. Sounds cold!

Oh, lucky you and what a moment to savor! The most effective part of this image for me is the Northern Lights and the mountains below. The sense of movement is ethereal and magical.

The color of the sky with the stars feels a little too dark blue, at least on my screen. I wonder if it could be toned down and how that would look?
