Up early at Eureka Dune, Death Valley. These are little visited dunes, so they’re mostly clean of tracks.

It’s been a few years since I visited these dunes, but at that time the roads did not require use of 4WD. Of course there have been a few gully washers since then. 
I’m leaving for DV next week to catch the “refilled” Lake Manly. The photos look great, but it should be quite an experience in person. I hope the road to Dante’s View reopens in the next few weeks.
Great image love the range of blacks. The strong deep black makes the mood.
Thank you, Steve. I tried reducing contrast to bring out more gradations, but it seemed to lose something.
