Fish Tide

Incoming tide was alive with tiny bait fish! The schools jumped between wavecrests and filled the waves with silver motion. Once they washed ashore - they continued to make a moving carpet on the beach until the next wave washed most of them back to the sea.

EJ, this captures a fascinating experience. What a mass of tiny fish! Those two fish that have “jumped” high into the air are a fun surprise. It does look like you posted this on Sunday, when the wallpaper challenge ended on Saturday at 11:59 pm Eastern USA time.

Hi EJ, I’ve seen this myself a few times and its always a fascinating experience. I like the water droplets frozen in mid-air, but the in focus area is a narrow band and would be nice if more of the bait fish were sharp.
