Flaming Katy

Description

Another of our succulents. This is a Flaming Katy, part of the stonecrop family. The entire bouqet is about 1 1/2 inches across with each of the open flowers a bit smaller than a dime.

Specific Feedback

Getting better with stacking using the high mag rig. Put a vignette to tame the corners.

Just beautiful, Bill. My first new car back in 1973 was about this color! I haven’t got into stacking yet, but it looks to me like you nailed this one. Those that are stacking may see a flaw, but I haven’t. They are beautiful. Good job on the photographer and the grower! The vignette works for me. Wonderful composition.

Wow, brightened my day a lot! The color and the details are exquisite. I do see some overlap issues in the large view, but I’m very particular…

Beautiful, Bill. Your succulents are spectacular. Mark may be able to pick out some stacking issues, but I certainly didn’t notice anything I’d consider significant. What a nice brilliant burst on an overcast afternoon.

Beautiful photo image, Bill. This is a very usual photo that is very unique. Having two on each side with a nice flower in the middle. The background really adds to the image nicely.
