The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.
Description
For this photo, I had to get low to the ground to be able to get a clear view of the legs. The way the sun shines off of their shiny back made it a little difficult to get a defined image, but once I found the right angle, the sun actually seemed to make the millipede appear to have a kind of glow.

So is this guy coming or going? To me it looks like the head end is to the right. More space is needed on the RH side. Towards the other end of the animal, there is a lot of blurriness some due to motion and some to limits of DOF. More tied to the limits of your phone and the angle of the millipede to the plane of focus. You are right about the colors which are very nice. Keep practicing with your phone and your photos will improve over time. Good attempt and these millipedes always deserve some attention from nature photographers. Well done…Jim
It looks like the millipede was really moving along Kourtney. This has really nice colors and nice details where you got good focus. It does look like it is headed for parts unknown and would benefit from a little more space on the right side. Cool shot. Welcome to NPN.
Yes, being down on the ground and getting the camera back parallel to the subject are significant parts of shooting close-up/macro. The colors in the millipede are striking. Jim’s advice is good.
