What an interesting image. Beautiful colors and lines. Was this in camera movement, like zooming while shooting (probably not at 1/100th). Anyway, it looks like a nice piece of art.
The arrangement of the flowers forms a large sphere. I focused on one flower so the surrounding flowers were not in focus and then slightly blurred the image in PS - resulting in the zoom like appearance .

I think this is a dazzling piece of unique art. The concept and execution are wonderful.
For me, the white blobs are distracting. I quickly tried to clone colors over them, just to show what might be achievable. I am sure you could come up with something better if you wished to go that direction.
