Robert: Oh I really like this for the disparate textures and patterns and the color palette. Good work with the stack as well.
On a minor administrative issue, we’re supposed to be limited to one post per day. You may get flogged with a wet noodle for the infraction but consider the guidelines next time. >=))>
Oh! This is great. I really like the progression of the four trees and the contrasting bark patterns of the pines and cedars. Nice shot. If it were mine, I’d consider burning the light part of the second pine, which is in the light, to keep the tonal variation minimal – I think the less distinct lines between trees 2, 3 and 4 add to the allure of the image.
Beautiful patterns and colors!! I think you can have a twofer with some crop from both sides. I love the golds in the center. The blue highlights could be left or burned down, for two versions. I think I would like both equally well.
