Dawn breaks over Mono Lake in California. It was worth the drive in the dark to see this otherworldly location in such great light. It was really windy though, so a bit trying at times. Later in the day it meant a face full of grit every time I got out of the car to shoot.

Tripod
Lr for initial RAW adjustments including a 16:9 crop, saturation & vibrance, some texture & contrast to keep the blacks and shadows down. Then into Ps for a couple of little distraction removals and zone and color masks to improve balance and luminosity. Then a tiny bit of color grading in the mid-tones to make everything pop.
