Outstanding! What fortune to have the owl looking at you in this photo. The atmosphere and snow clinging to the branches creates such an intriguing story. Mystical!

Not the typical bird image we see here, but it sure works. Great atmosphere with the snow, fog, and light. The wide angle really shows the owl’s environment.

Very nice, Simon. A great bird-in-environment image. I mite crop in just a bit from the left-maybe to the base of the large tree, but this works nicely as posted. The snow and fog make this image special.

Thank you for the positive feedback. I did go and crop it from the left in 13x19.

I will print this one off and see how it looks.

I’m liking this a lot, Simon, but the crop has accented that heavier branch in the upper right corner and it’s become a bit of an eye magnet for me.
