Gravity

One of the metro-parks is a very short drive from my house. I called this one “Gravity” as the camera captured a shard of sunflower shell falling downward from the paws of the roly-poly chickaree. D500 200-400mm f4 (1/640 sec at f8.0, Iso 1250) Levels, Brightness & Contrast, Topaz Detail. I like this 200-400mm f4 lens. It focuses very close which will be good for butterflies and dragonflies as well as larger wildlife species…Jim!

Very nice, Jim. I like the typical squirrel pose and you have a very nice background.

Jim, this is a fine look at this very well feed chickaree. In addition to the falling shell, there’s quit a pile at it’s feet. The details in the critter and it’s perch look great.

Fantastic image Jim.

Looking at the collection of fallen shards it looks like this roly-poly creature was having quite a meal.
