That’s an awesome accident Steve! An excellent title too. I love the colors and sense of motion, the most painterly photo I’ve seen in a long time. Good luck convincing some critics that it came out of a camera that way. My only suggestion might be to consider cropping a little more from LLC, while keeping room in front of the subject, to enlarge the bird.
Steve, beautiful colors, isolation of subject, implied motion, and framing! Not sure how in the world you executed it but wonderful result. Love the wings as they have an interesting shape and varied tonal and color range. I don’t have any suggestions to make. And yes this image works!
