I took this as the leopard groomed its cub. I liked the reaction of the cub as well as the color provided by the tongues of both animals and the greenery.
The grasses appeared very pale on this overcast day. I selectively warmed then and added a vignette to tone them down. Too much, too little?? Do you think that the image might benefit from a crop?
Any pertinent technical details:

I really like the expression of the cub. I think the grasses and the vignette look fine. I do think a 4x5 crop would work, taking out some of the area on the right that doesn’t add much to the story. Nice moment!
Awwwwww…the cub is so adorable, love the expressions.
Since this is more of animal behavior than environmental frame, it will surely benefit from the crop.
Finally got to this one, Richard. The original version was quite nice, but focusing closely on the animals in the vertical presentation really works. Beautiful image.
