Congratulations on your new camera, Allen. I usually find when using new equipment that my shots aren’t as good as I would like because I am going through a learning curve, but you sure nailed this one really well. I love the orange against the yellow. Wonderful DOF by shooting at f16. You captured him a lovely position, to show off his wings so well. Very well done.

This is an amazing piece of work. One thing that really took me off if the color scheme across the frame. We are so used to the green , and this is different …love this

You’ve got a very warm and inviting view here Allen, with all of the orange and yellow colors. It’s a beauty.
Excellent, Allen. I really like the composition and the out-of-focus zinnias in the background make a nice wash to set off the Fritillary.
