I think this is a juvenile Red-shouldered hawk. Seen this morning at a local park. He/she did a partial banking pose over the water.

This is an area I need more practice–photographing birds in flight. I plain suck at it. Will keep trying though. I have a trip to Malheur Wildlife Refuge in late April and I gotta have some Bird in Flight technique down.
