I have very few storm images in my files but I think this qualifies. Chrissy and I often celebrate our anniversary on the Oregon coast and one of the benefits as far as I’m concerned is that the ocean in November is often pretty boisterous. This was from our trip in 2015 and was from the most spectacular surf show I’ve ever seen. All comments welcome. >=))>

I love the power with the wave action and you timed it at exactly the right moment. I am enjoying the details in the water along with those in those rugged looking rocks. The blue of the stormy sky also works beautifully with the whites in the pounding waves. Beautifully done.

Yes, I’d say the ocean definitely looks “boisterous” here, Bill. I really like how your fast shutter shows the details in the huge splashes. This provides a strong sense of how powerful the waves can be.
