Gorgeous, as usual.
Beautiful bloom, exquisite detail and the fade-away stem is nice.
I’d personally leave more room all around.
Can’t wait til ours are up!
(And condolences to those still dealing with snow…)
Lovely, Larry. Your depth of field works for me and the lighting is superb. I also love that kink in the stem-it adds a lot of character.
The iris is such a wonderful subject and your presentation shows its curves and frills nicely. Also like the mat and framing. Can’t wait for spring flowers to appear. Weather tonight - more snow.

Well done, Larry! The lighting is excellent—the iris seems to glow from within, yet the detail holds up well. As Sandy suggested a little more room all around would help, but it is really well balanced as is.
Most excellent, Larry ! The lighting, as ever in your work, is superb.
Gorgeous photo with such vibrant colors and good lighting. A keeper for sure.
