I would say the only thing interesting about this picture is that it was taken at iso-12,800 on a crop sensor of 26 megapixels and the image is about 60% of cropped full frame. I think it looks pretty clean.

Very clean for that iso, David. Did you do much noise reduction? I like the composition Well done.

David, Congrats on EP. Impressive lack of noise. I’d be happy with this with my Canon at ISO 100. Did this require much noise reduction or is this simply a function of the camera sensor. Mirrorless cameras seem to have better NR, but I’m not sure why.
