I decided on a square crop for this. Does that work or would you crop it differently?

Very nice light and a sweet flight shot, Allen. I think your square crop works well. I also think this would work well cropped just above the reflection.
I also think this works pretty well as a square crop. The symmetry between the bird in the reflection and the main subject on the right side of the frame giving room to fly in is quite pleasing. There might be a tiny bit of motion blur in the larger image.
I like the square crop.
It seems a bit on the warm side, I might cool it a bit.
Sweet wing position…
Bird is tack sharp, and you have a great wing position. Light is very nice. As a comp. suggestion, I might try and come in from the top a bit and add a little to the bottom. Otherwise, no nits from me.
