Very cool intimate look at some clump grasses, Mario. Good focus and capture of the light curves and shapes. You picked a good area for your comp, lots of nice tonal variations. When I can, I like to try and use the textures for foreground in some of my pastoral images.
I too find clumps of grass make for interesting subjects. I think by taking this to a B&W treatment, it results in an image that reminds me of flying sparks, or even fireworks. The tonalities of the grass and shadow areas are very nicely done in your processing. My only nit is the OOF (or motion blurred) grass in the LRC. It’s only a minor distraction for me, and I think burning that area down would make it a bit less noticeable.
