This was taken a few years ago at a little retention pond near my home. I found this one leaf on these roots while the others floated in the water. I went with this asymmetrical look of the one versus the many.
This was taken with my Canon T6i and the kit lens 18-55mm at 40mm

Nice juxtaposition of the swimmers and the hesitant. Ok, so I’m anthropomorphizing, but what the heck. The strong diagonal and contrasting green gives a strong sense of separation in the image. Do you have any from a higher perspective at all? That angle might eliminate the farther bank of grass/reeds (?) that complicates things a bit. I might have tried to get rid of it that way if possible. Cool little scene and one many people would have walked right by. Thanks for sharing.
