While I love a withered leaf, I think this one is a bit lost in its space. The texture comes through quite well, but the tonalities to the background match and so I feel as though it lacks oomph. Pushing the black and white sliders have given it a brittle feel which might be what you’re going for.

Kristen: yes, I agree. I often try to get a shaded background….but it doesn’t always work
