This is really nice, Sandy. But too technical and too much work for me. I’ll stick with non moving landscapes. :rofl: :rofl:

Sandy: What a spectacular capture. I’m increasingly amazed at what our modern technologies can produce and how in the hands of an expert can produce incredible results. Thoroughly marvelous! >=))>

Stellar !!! Just Amazing and I do not understand the technique to get an image like this.

@Gill_Vanderlip
Here is a long, but useful article by Nate Chappel, a former Avian Moderator on NPN. This is pretty much still his current set-up for the hummers/bats we are after on his photo workshops

Man, oh man! A spectacular moment that was worth the effort. What’s not to like?

Sandy,

This is the perfect frame. Everything about this photo is just spot on target. Wonderful work.

Very beautifully executed !
You have got the Bat in perfect angle and what I really like is the luminosity of flower, in most of the set up shots, flower is very bright, which kills the mood.

Wow! All the good things already said Sandy. I’ll just be the echo! I have a deep appreciation of bats and this image captures the importance of bats as pollinators.

Well done!

Sandy: what’s not to like about an absolutely stunning image. Congrats!!
