Description

I love exploring the nearby Sonoma Botanical Garden, which is a tended but wild environment for Asian species. The lilies are among my favorites there, and their late summer blooming period coincides with coastal fog season, so sometimes I can get lucky with light.

All comments welcome! I wish I had moved a little to the right but an inconsiderate tree was in the way.

Wonderful color combination and those water drops are flat out gorgeous in the lager version. What an inconsiderate tree; you will have to report it the next time you visit the garden.

Thanks, @Paul_Breitkreuz and @Ed_Lowe! There are several clumps of these gorgeous things there – I’m hoping for some good light next year too. I can’t get enough of them.
