Normally I would have processed this frame in horizontal format but Canon wanted some images for Instagram posting, hence in this format.

Great action shot, J. I would love to see what he/she caught. It is a bit tight for a vertical, but as you say…Instagram. 
Great action, Jagdeep. The whites and detail look excellent. I am seeing a narrow dark fringe around the head, neck and upper body of the Egret from your processing.
It’s a wonderful catch and unusual enough that the format works, but why not do both? Ditto on the fringe, maybe a bit too much contrast for the JPEG conversion?
Nice action pose. Colors and lighting make this image stand out.

Instagram posting or not, these is a really good actual photograph. the whites, blacks and eye contact are all look great looking . Nice work.
