There are a pair of resident Bald Eagles at a local lake that don’t seem to mind me easing up to them in an electric pontoon boat and this is one of the shots I’ve gotten. D500, Nikon 2-500 lens, hand held, 1/2000th, f/7.1, ISO 1250, 500mm, AI Clear

Good detail in the plumage, Dave. The darker areas look a bit washed out-you might look at a bit more contrast in the darks. With the position of the eagle, I think a bit more canvas on the right would be nice as well.
