Lurid Sunset Bovaer

Critique Style Requested: Standard

The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.

Description

Bovaer, Senja, Norway

Whilst not nearly as beautiful as the immaculate crescent of golden sand backed by snow covered dunes as the final beach along the Bovaer road in Senja, this immaculate and unblemished blue snow covered wee cove affectionately named 2B had some of the most beautiful soft golden light falling through it at sunset interspersed by ominous squally snow showers sweeping down from the sky.

Technical Details

Those little strands of grass lower right are very well placed. I like this a lot. It seems to flow nicely, and there is some nice drama in the sky there. The upper right bright area pulls me away a little but not too bad.
