Description

This is a series of elk taken at or near Mammoth Hot Springs in Yellowstone NP. I love the new spotted calves and their mom finding breakfast on a hillside. Just down the road there was a nice bunch of cows grazing on the green hillside. The last two are elk near the steam vents just across from the parking area.

Ed, this is a great series. The “new baby” time in Yellowstone is always fun, and you found some nice subjects. The first one, with the new calves, is really neat, and the ones in the steam bath are unusual.
