The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.
Description
I shot this almost a year ago in Florida’s Lettuce Lake Park and finally realized this might be a good place to share it. I found the mass of dew covered web intertwined with the leaves very unique. Not sure if it’s really abstract enough for this forum.
Specific Feedback
Other than some minor basic adjustments in ACR, and a slight crop I wasn’t sure how else to modify the image, so any suggestions are welcome.
Technical Details
OM-1MKII with the 150-400 at 150mm. 1/125 at f16, ISO 800.

Steve: What a marvelous find and a fine capture. This would also work in Flora or Macro if you have similar images in the future. Delightful color palette and image of an unusual subject. >=))>
Very nice – and very special for finding a web like this without distracting elements. Shapes, colors and detail are special. Congratulations on the EP!
I thought at first it was leaves in ice until I read your description. The composition is really nice, it’s often hard in these images with scattered leaves to find a composition without distracting elements at the edges, only partly in the image. Th subtleties of the translucency of the web and the depth of the different leaves crate a nice layered effect and keep your eye engaged in the image.
I liked the mystery of the image. On first look I thought I was looking at leaves in and under the ice, in spite of the title. The colors and shapes of the leaves “stuck” in the web are nice.

Balance and Visual Weight: I like the balance between colour and grey areas
Depth and Dimension: Because the left part is less interesting, a square crop with the right part is worth a try.
