Even though Robe Lake was still mostly frozen this April, the Mallard ducks were coming and going on a regular basis. This time they were leaving after feeding at the lake for a couple hours. I caught some of them on their way up with the still snow covered mountains in the background.
I haven’t posted this in the avian category but it’s always been a favorite because of the background and the detail in the ducks.
