Not 100% sure about the balance in the composition.

I had to work a bit in Photoshop on the water to remove the CA.

Quick glance, nothing really stands out as to what the actual subject is. There is a lot of sky, windmills are way off in the background, and there is a lot of water. I think a tighter shot on the windmills and a slow shutter speed to catch the motion of the mills might be of more interest.
