Pertinent Technical Details
3 images were taken with Nikon D500 with Nikon 300mm PF lens (Turtle, Dragonfly and Eagle)
The rest were taken with Nikon Z 7II and Nikon Z 24-200mm lens.
A very eclectic set of images, Natalya. I’m particularly fond of #2 and #8 in the list: the first for the composition and peaceful feel of the image and the second for the incredible layering of the mountains.
Natalya, these are a fine collection. A dragonfly in flight is always special because it’s so hard to do (if cropped, it could use a bit more space at the bottom and the right). The sunset along the shore is very peaceful and inviting. The tree frog looks great, just a bit bright on the throat. The turtle also looks great and I do like the bit of grass in front. You’ve got an amazing set of layers and colors in #5. The collection of Larches (I assume??) with their golden leaves and white trunks makes a fine ending.
Thank you Mark for your suggestions, yes I always seem to crop a little to tide. I will try to tone down the frogs throat.
The last image are Quaking Aspen not Larches taken on the Alaska Highway.
