Dear community members,

We are writing to announce an important change in the Abstract category.

After a successful tenure, @Alfredo_Mora has decided to step down from his role due to personal commitments. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Alfredo for his invaluable contributions in establishing and nurturing this new category. His dedication and hard work have been instrumental in making it a resounding success.

We are pleased to introduce our new Abstract Moderator, @Don_Peters. Don has been an active and valued member of this category for quite some time, and we are confident that his expertise will further enhance our community. Please join us in welcoming Don to his new role and to our moderation team.

We look forward to the continued growth and vibrancy of the Abstract category under Don’s guidance.

And – sigh – I neglected to thank Alfredo for all his work, so I’m adding that here – thank you for all the hard work, time and inspiration! All the best for your journey in art!

After being introduced to him here and following his work online, I bought one of his pieces and it is gracing a wall in our house. I moved a Guy Tal to make room for it.
