I always like it when brand new fawns come thru our backyard. Here’s the latest little cutie to come by.

Is its right ear sufficiently recognizable from the BG here? Other feedback?

I love those spots Dave. You got a really nice look from this little guy, almost as if it was asking are you mom? Really nice focus and pretty clean setting overall.

A nice look at this cutie.
An eye-level perspective would be good too, but there might not have been enough time to crouch down.
This is a clean shot ith pretty well-defined outline of the fawn, , so (if you use PS 24), selecting the subject would allow you to play with the brightness and contrast of the fawn only, then by “inverting” you could work on the BG only. That would achieve the separation you’re looking for.
