Hi Stephen. Excellent job on the reframing and I like the addition of the other pose. It’s also an excellent shot of the Harrier, it just doesn’t have quite the impact of the head-on pose.

Note that you don’t have to do a new post to repost. Since people like to compare, the easiest way is to go into the edit mode on the original post (just click on the pencil icon right under the “Critique Using Template” box. Put your cursor at the top of the edit screen just below the menu bar and then click on the little box with an up arrow sticking out of it. That will let you upload the revised version. Since you’ll already be in the edit mode, you can insert text above the two images to identify which is the repost and which the original. You can also edit the title of the image to indicate that you’ve added a repost and call people’s attention to it.

For your investigation I tell you that I surly prefer the second image that have all the good qualities of the first but with much more movement and impact. The bird of prey is beautiful and your photo too.

Wonderful action and detail here! I also prefer the bottom image with the very engaging pose showing action and movement.

@Diane_Miller @Giuseppe_Guadagno @Dennis_Plank Thank you Dennis for the info on the repost method, I thought there would have been a better way, and now I know.
Appreciate the comments Diane and Guiseppe, I like the ready for action look too.

HI Stephen
The Harrier looks good, I like the framing in the first shot.
Peter

Thanks for the comment @Peter_Morrissey

Hi Stephen, nice captures of this intense look by the harrier. I prefer the framing in the second and third image giving the bird room to swoop down.

Stephen, all three are excellent head-on shots. They show such intensity in its gaze. The 3rd view add a nice touch of action, with the body turn and the legs down.

@Mark_Seaver @Allen_Sparks Thanks you for the comments, Mark and Allen I appreciate your input.

Sweet EP! Congrats!

TY Sandy @SandyR-B didn’t know about EP, cool.
