Hey Jim, for some reason the Non-Nature images aren’t showing up in the “Latest” posts, so I missed this. Sorry. This is so cool. Kinda looks like heavy hoar frost. I would love to explore an orchard with this kind of ice. Thanks for sharing.
That is pretty cool. Within a really narrow band of temps right at freezing, it does work. Hopefully it did this time. Can you lift the shadows a bit? I think it would help, especially in the lower part of the photo. Such a cool thing to see though. I should have tried for some of these with the NH orchards I used to live near.
@Kris_Smith @David_Bostock Thank you for your comments. There are many opportunities for interesting photos both with the sprinklers on and shortly after they are turned off (the ice melts and falls off rather quickly after turn off). I’ll post a couple more.
