I’m really liking the color and flow/motion of the river, especially as it gets towards the bottom.
Man, one of the impressions I take away from this is the denseness of the surrounding forest and how it would seem there wouldn’t even be a trail to this location. Also, I find the “light at the end of the tunnel” deep in the image to be intriguing. I’m assuming there’s light back there? It works well to draw the eye in to the image.
The only suggestion I have might be to up the luminosity? It’s a bit dark on the edges. I might be tempted to dodge the LRC, above the river on the left and maybe the URC. On the other hand, the darkness does add to the mood and my impression of a dense forest.
It’s like a place I wouldn’t want to be alone in the dark…

Nice image Joel. I’d prefer a bit less of the water. Even though it is the main focus, I’d like to see a little more of the surroundings.
Having said that, the water motion is great !
