Wow! How good is this!

The bird may be at the wrong angle, but its hardly noticeable because the fish is so good. Magnificent action and the water droplets are such a treat. The colours work so well.

Excellent, Jagdeep. Is this the same session as your post “Displaying the Trophy”? Just curious. If you don’t object to cloning/removing, there are three really bright spots in the water a bit above the ripples to the right of the action that tend to pull my eye.

The fishes expression says it all. Great lighting, you caught this just right as did the Darter.
THANKS

Marvelous image! Perfect comp, and excellent action. Since the fish is the real subject, the darter’s face isn’t important. The water drops complete a really exceptional image.

Very cool shot. I think that this works well as presented. Perfect for getting an avian generated catfish kabob…Jim

Thank you so much friends :folded_hands:
@Dennis_Plank yes this is from same trip.

Wow - love seeing the cool looking fish with those antennas and the great expression. The bird angle may not be perfectly ideal but this shot is a real winner with the action captured, fish, and water splashes.
