Osprey

Critique Style Requested: Standard

The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.

Description

Here are some osprey shots I took last weekend at the swamp in northwest Tennessee. Thought I’d share the various flight poses of one (image 1-3) and then also a shot I took much earlier in the morning (image 4). I think the bird in image four has a largemouth bass.

Specific Feedback

Any comments appreciated.

Bigger fish than I ever caught in any case, Allen. All four are excellent. The first and third are my favorites with the 4th coming close. All are technically excellent and the only thing holding number three back is that it feels a bit dull and the eye didn’t catch any light.

Great series! #1 is my favorite. Love the head turn, composition, detail. :raising_hands:t2:

Hi Allen
Great series. I am going with 1 & 4. The feather detail in all of the shots is spot on.
