The reflections of the background vegetation are awesome, David, and the grebe itself is first rate. A lovely image.
Great shot David. I really like the details in the bird and the water.
Only minor suggestion would be to level the shot with a little clockwise rotation to line up the reflection.

Nice sharpness on the bird and I like how the plumage on the bird matches the reflections in the water. Nice capture. I am wondering about the shooting angle - perhaps a little lower angle would improve this fine image a bit but then that could have brought distracting elements into the frame as well.
Lovely image David. Love the reflection and the complimentary color pallet. I agree with Jay on the CC rotation.
