I like the framing and the head turn on this grebe, Marc. I also like the nice low angle you got. To my eye, the bird seems to be a bit soft. Was this a significant crop?

Excellent point of view, color, and detail although I do agree with Dennis that their testing to be a bit of softness in the image. I might crop off 5% of the top of the image although what you have done is certainly fine.
