I like the mood here. I know you don’t have control over the clouds, but my eye is pulled up and out of the frame through that bright spot near the sunflare top right. Unfortunately, I don’t think cropping will help since then you’d remove the nice bit of light up there. Tough one!

Actually, I left it there on purpose, but it is easily removed

I like the mood too, and the B&W. Well done. The bright spot doesn’t bother me…I do see a nice dust spot in the upper left corner though.
