Is there a way of predicting rainbows? Yesterday I could tell by the weather that one should be happening soon and it did.
The trouble was I couldn’t tell where it would be and as a result had to dash around finding a composition before it vanished.
Is it possible to tell where they should appear given the time of day or where the various elements are?

Do a web search - a lot of free hits.
It’s not difficult to learn the atmospheric conditions conducent to rainbows and get in a good position with sun at your back.
