Canon 5D 100mm f4 1/200 ISO400
From the unusual folder. Kind of a first thing out the tent rattler/ grackle happy meal in my Arizona campsite. Wasn’t ready for it. Did some cloning to clean it up, see bird in stomach.
All words welcome

Steven: I think I would move my campsite! Still a good image and I especially like your DOF/POF choice. >=))>
Good advise. I didn’t think he would bite me cuz his mouth was full. The state campground hosts were fall down alcoholics. Wild life was everywhere.
Rattlesnakes roam widely, so the only way to totally avoid them is to only go where they aren’t (cities, towns, etc.). Steven, this catch is quite amazing. You’ve got excellent detail in the snake and what’s left of the bird, plus you can see the rest of the snake and the rattles. I agree, that with it’s mouth this full you were in no danger.
