As I looked at this scene I felt an echo of…something. I shot it from different points of view and with different focal lengths. This one seemed best.

I like this, Don. The red tones are very nice and for me the little line of the dry runoff channel tells a great story. I might be tempted to bring the shadows in the hollows above the pond up just a very little bit, but that’s pretty subjective.
