Description

I have gotten so much mileage out of our succulents this past year and they are still providing opportunities for me. I liked the play of light along the stem and the “leaves”.

Specific Feedback

Considered posting in abstracts but felt this was still a pretty straight shot. Enough interest for you?

I like this very much - the colors are sublime and I can nearly feel the texture just by looking. And of course the light, as you mention, is really excellent for teasing out the subtleties of the structure as a whole. Fantastic. My only thought would be to slightly reduce the exposure/whites in the very top part. Oh and the curved diagonal is irregularly regular.

I like this a lot, Bill. Nice to concentrate on the greenery and the semi-repetitive geometry works very well for me.

Bill, I love the way the plant feels so soft and inviting. I start at the base and flow from leaf to leaf along the stem, enjoying the variations along the way. I do agree with Kristin about the very light area at the top left. Toning that down would help it feel more a part of the area below (at least for me).
