Ringing in the garden bells

Heaven for me is being in the flower garden with my camera…anytime! What else can I say?

This would be a fine look at these hairbells, if they were sharp. The mix of background colors is good.

Thanks. Although I am not a huge fan of the need for images always being ultra-sharp, I totally agree with you here. Darn it.

Love the sequence of flowers. Nearer flowers open, further flowers closed. Love the soft focus in the background, with the circular light leading our eye down the stem. The overall impression is pleasing. As mentioned, the focus is soft on the flowers. The sharpest bud seems to be on one of the closed flowers near the left-top. My eye wants to go to the open flowers in the middle. It’s ok to have some of the flowers out of focus - not everything needs to be sharp in a photo like this - It’s a matter of finding the BEST place for a focus point.
